DS80 Women's Classic Motorcycle Goatskin Glove

Women's classic glove made with drum dyed naked goat featuring padded palm for comfort and secure hook-and-loop wrist strap.

This particular leather glove is made with a goatskin with no finish applied to the leather when it is tanned, which allows the natural oils to surface keeping the leather moist and naturally conditioned. Known as natural or full grain leather.

Drum Dyed leather is a vegetable tanned leather that is also processed in a rotating drum allowing the dye to penetrate efficiently. Even though you may mistakenly assume that your hands turning black is a sign of a cheap glove or a defect in the glove, that's really not the case. But steps can be taken to prevent it, try a lined glove. The lining will prevent the dyed leather from bleeding on your hand. Or find a glove with a silicone additive in the tanning process which can also diminish color migration, such as the Aniline Premium Leather gloves.
